Omini cannot open a lost-property case for you. These are the operators' own services — Omini gets you to the right one with the right details.
What to do, in this order
- 1Ask at the station service point first — items found on board are often handed in there within the hour.
- 2Report it to the operator that runs the service you used, using their own lost-property channel.
- 3If it was found in the street or outside the station, contact the local police or city office.
- 4Cancel bank cards, ID or travel passes immediately if they were in the item.
